3. Description :
Semi-Basic,agglomerated flux for welding of essential structural steel in combination with appropriate SAW wire (such as EH14,EA2, EM12K).Based on constant alloying vector without Si and Mn, high resistance to porosity and low hydrogen potential can be obtained, the SJ101 can be used for many applications ranging from boilers to pressure vessel etc. The weld exhibit good surface, good wetting and self-lifting detachability without Tight-Tracks.

10. storage:To ensure the integrity of welding flux over an extended period, flux should be stored indoors in a dry place. Moist flux can be redried at300-350°C for 2 hours. Both heating and cooling must be carried out slowly.
